What is the minimum number of shoes I can order to receive wholesale pricing?

First time and group buyers have several purchase options which you can read about on our Dealer Program’s page.

Dealers who have already made their first purchase are required to purchase 30 pairs or more per order.

How long will my order take?

Sample shoes already in stock will ship as soon as you place your order. Depending on the shipping method you choose they can take anywhere from 2-6 business days to arrive.

Wholesale orders are dropped shipped from the factory. Since orders are customized and unique there is no way to anticipate what they will be until you place it. Depending on the nature of the order it could take from two weeks to a month before you are in possession of the finished product. We encourage our customers to plan their orders in advance with this time table in mind.  During this time we will keep open line of communication with you so that you know when your shoes are complete and ready to be shipped.

Are your shoes customizable?

Absolutely, mix and match materials, heel sizes and styles until you have come up with your ideal shoe.

What if a mistake has been made with my order?

Mistakes can happen no matter how careful we are. You can be assured that if there is a mistake or defect with your order we will work hard to make sure you are compensated appropriately.

Can I speak with the owner?

We believe in complete accountability. The owners of Ballroom Dancewear take a personal interest in every order and will be glad to help you with any questions or concerns.
