Our Promise

All our shoes are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. We promise to work with you to quickly resolve any issues you might have. Rest assured that we will not rest until you are satisfied.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are not eligible for returns. However, in the rare event that a product is found defective or there has been a mistake with your order we will respond to your needs on a case by case basis. Please contact us for more information and we will be happy to answer any questions.

Showroom Samples

Since we offer the shoes displayed in our online retail “Showroom” at heavily discounted rates it is not cost effective for us to accept returns. For this reason please make sure that if you are buying one of our sample shoes from the retail showroom you are certain about the size and style. We encourage you to contact us with any questions about the shoe before you make your purchase. Each one of our showroom samples are inspected for quality and carefully packed before shipping so they are guaranteed to be free of any manufacture defects. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Custom Shoes

Every effort is made to ensure the highest quality products and service. Your satisfaction is extremely important to us and we will work with you to resolve any issues you might have with your order.

Custom shoes will only be returned for exchange. We cannot pay the cost of the return shipping and there is a $30 restocking fee on all exchanges. Special requests, such as Split Sizes, or different heel heights, are NOT RETURNABLE. If you receive your custom shoes and there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us for instructions on returning the shoes to the manufacturer — DO NOT return shoes without contacting us first! The defect will be corrected and the shoes returned to you, or you will be mailed out a new replacement pair as soon as possible. In this case there will be no restocking fee.

Make sure you try on the shoes on a soft, clean surface only. WORN SHOES CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, so make sure you check your new shoes carefully for any problems before wearing them out on the dance floor for the first time.
